Unfortunately boys and girls, at this point, a double dip recession in the U.S. seems a virtual certainty. This is not a political post, and I don’t care who’s in office or who wins the election in November. I think the coming economic meltdown, probably on a global scale, is pretty much unavoidable. But in the U.S., we’ll be lucky if we just get a double dip recession, or a continuation of the terrible recession that began in 2007, as many people, myself included, believe that the first one never ended. But as crazy as it might sound to you now, what will save this country from complete economic ruin and another great depression is the network marketing and direct selling industry.
The fact remains that no business opportunity has a lower barrier of entry and more potential for financial growth than a network marketing business opportunity. The largest and most successful network marketing companies have continued to survive and even thrive during the past five years, when most other industries have been tanking, and the prospects for the network marketing elite have never been brighter, even though the overall future of our economy could not be more bleak.
Network marketing will save this country because of it’s multi level business model, low barrier of entry, simplistic nature and ease of operation. Many things will lead to this moment, such as companies sitting on trillions of dollars in surplus, terrified to make their next move, out-of-control gas prices, poor leadership in Washington D.C., no matter which party is in power, the devaluation of the dollar, the rising national debt, and of course exceedingly high unemployment, which at the moment is not 8.1% as they would have you believe, but more like 22%, or more than 1 in every five people. But while network marketing has stood to gain as a result of all this, along with the normal condition of most people hating their jobs and wanting to be their own boss, it stands to gain significantly more in the next few years because of perhaps the most critical issue this country presently has to face: healthcare.
As I said, this post is not a political commentary, but rather on what I see as the very real and unavoidable problems that we are spiraling towards very quickly, and problems that were caused by and continue to be caused by both major parties, the Democrats and the Republicans. So when I bring up healthcare, it’s not to hammer Obama-care or to tout the Republican plan as being better. I simply mean to say that the healthcare in the U.S., or lack of it, is what is ultimately bringing us down more than anything else. A lack of personal responsibility regarding one’s own health has done more to damage this country than any economic policy ever could, and it could be our demise if something isn’t done about it.
Fortunately, I think a very desperate, sick, fat, broke America will turn the corner just in time to avoid a complete collapse and I believe this will happen in large part due to the network marketing industry. You see, network marketing will be responsible for not only getting Americans back to financial prosperity, but also for slimming us down and getting us well again. More than 75% of network marketing companies feature nutritional supplements as their core product line, and many of these companies offer products that are superior to those found in the traditional market place. There are a core group of companies that will be leading the charge in this economic rebound as a result of their health-first approach, because my bet is that just when we collectively are on our knees in terms of financial difficulties, we will also be fed up and disgusted with our failing healthcare system as well. No industry better combines these two crucial aspects of life than network marketing.
I am going to make an educated guess that the following list of companies have not only a tremendous long-term outlook, but more importantly to the state of the nation right now, they have a magnificent potential for explosive growth in the next three years and will collectively work to get America healthy and lean again:
Amway (Nutrilite), Herbalife, Shaklee, ViSalus, Market America (Isotonix), USANA, Nature’s Sunshine, and Melaleuca
Again, I believe these eight network marketing companies will be at the forefront of the nutritional and financial turnaround that this country will need to undergo if we’re to stabilize and rise back up to where we were, and hopefully to new levels of growth we’ve never seen before. But the entire nutritional network marketing industry, including dozens of smaller and up-and-coming companies, as well as even non-mlm health product companies such as Living Fuel, Boku Superfood, Wellness Resources, Swanson, Health Products Distributors Inc., Pure Synergy, Standard Process and a host of others will have to lead the way on the path towards getting America healthy again if we want the generations that follow to live longer and healthier lives than we have to this point. But it is the unique position of the top nutritional network marketing companies that can not only assist in the natural health movement, but also get the U.S. out of debt and back into financial growth mode.
I firmly believe all of this will be playing out in the next 3-5 years, but make no mistake, the time is now to get started on revamping your own health and rebuilding your own financial future. Network marketing is the way out now for millions of Americans, and in the near future, will be the saving grace for tens of millions more. I couldn’t be more excited for having a head start on owning my own network marketing business and being in position to benefit greatly when the inevitable tidal wave of the financial and health awakening hits. If you’re not on board, I would seriously consider getting started with your own network marketing business in the next few months. You may need it desperately now, or you may not, but either way, you’ll be very happy you made the decision to be a part of this revolution five years from now.
You can’t go wrong with any of the network marketing companies I listed above in terms of great products and the opportunity for financial freedom, but if you really want to get started right now with the number one network marketing company, click on the following link: Start a Network Marketing Business
Online network marketing has evolved to the point where it’s a viable option for a full-time career or at least a significant part-time income for millions of people. Based on the current economic conditions, the increased credibility of the direct sales industry in recent years and the amount of people wanting to start their own low-cost, low-risk small business, network marketing is poised to grow by leaps and bounds in 2012. This will benefit many network marketing companies, and you’d be wise to start your own network marketing business by the beginning of January to get ahead of the curve. But this begs the question, which network marketing company should you align yourself with?
The top network marketing company in 2012 is the one that’s been around the longest, is number two in worldwide sales and has been growing at a clip of more than 10% per year even during the recession. The top network marketing company is Amway.
When you have the world’s top selling dietary supplements in Nutrilite, a top 5 prestige skin care brand in Artistry, one of the top 5 best selling energy drinks and the highest rated cleaning products and detergents, you know you’re doing something right. Add on some high quality personal care and home care products along with dozens of brand name partner stores, and it’s little wonder that Amway did $9.2 billion in sales in 2010 and is projected to do $10.5 billion in sales in 2011.
As great and as in-demand as their products are, there’s even more to like about the Amway business opportunity. The compensation plan is the most lucrative in the industry, and it’s built to reward even the newest person with bonuses and healthy monthly income checks as long as the new business owner completes a few simple steps to lay the foundation for their business.
Amway supports its Independent Business Owners (IBO’s) with global advertising campaigns through several mediums like TV, Print, Internet marketing and more. They continue to innovate with product development, social media participation and improving their business opportunity to be unmatched within the industry.
I highly recommend taking a good look at the Amway business opportunity before you consider any other network marketing company by doing some research and talking to an informed IBO, such as myself.
For much more information on Amway and why I feel it’s the top network marketing company in 2012 and beyond, click on the link below and read all about the company, products, partnerships and business opportunity. I think you’ll see why starting an Amway network marketing business is becoming so popular among ambitious online entrepreneurs like yourself:
The old-school curiosity approach is out, and the new-school, upfront and honest approach is in.
I’m sorry to break the news to the veterans out there, but prospects these days, especially in North America, are too skeptical and distrustful to let you get away with the “curiosity approach,” which was very flawed and dishonest in the first place in my humble opinion.
You see, by not disclosing vital information to a prospect such as the actual company you’re affiliated with that provides the business opportunity you are offering to this person, you are by default being dishonest with them.
Be that as it may, it worked to some degree for many years, at least on the vulnerable and the naive. Now, most people want to know everything right off the bat and which network marketing company you’re working with, and frankly, they have every right to.
Why not disclose your network marketing company to a prospect? Are you ashamed of your business? Are you worried they’re going to do a Google search on your company and run into a bunch of negative websites? Well they might just do that, and once again, they have every right to, but it’s your obligation to be open and honest with them from the start, and they can make the decision from then on what to believe and what not to.
I can’t stand when network marketers try to dance around the issue of what company they’re in. And by the way, even though you’re not an employee and it is your own business, you are “in” your network marketing company, whether you like it or not. The faster you accept this the faster you’ll grow.
The major driving force behind people still wanting to use the old-school approach is not only wanting to withhold information from the prospect, but also because they have little to no interest in selling their network marketing companies’ products. They only want to recruit and sponsor. Needless to say, this is an awful approach to building a true, balanced network marketing business.
Selling products should be the first thing you learn to do as a network marketing business owner. You are in direct sales after all. Only after you learn about your products, learn some sales skills and demonstrate your ability to make a consistent, significant profit by selling your products should you venture out and attempt to sponsor some other opportunity seekers who you wish to train to do the same.
If you attack your business with this mindset, you will have no choice but to lead with your products and your company name. You will actually be happy to do this after a while. Believe me, it’s much easier than having to dance around the issue and play games with your prospect.
Proudly proclaim the network marketing company you’re in, lead with products, sell, and then sponsor. This is the correct process for a profitable, long-term network marketing business. You will gain people’s trust, make more money earlier on in your career, and people will actually come to you wanting to do what you do, which is selling quality, exclusive products at a reasonable price and then teaching others to do the same.
Lately, I’ve been on more of a product-sales kick than recruiting, despite the economic conditions forcing many people to look for business opportunities. In early June, I had somewhat of a change in thought process for my business and now view myself as more of a sales rep, or a direct sales business owner, rather than a network marketing business owner.
The major reason is that Americans are much more likely to buy high quality health, beauty and home care products from you on a consistent basis than commit to a business opportunity long-term, even if that business opportunity is low-cost and no risk. Plus, being able to sell products online turns your business into more of a hands-off affiliate marketing business, or like I said above, a true direct sales business, rather than a multi level marketing or network marketing business. This can create a form of residual income that’s even more automated and less time intensive than if you had a huge downline producing the same amount of volume.
That’s been my experience at least. I’m not suggesting you take the “network” out of network marketing completely, or even shift your focus away from recruiting whatsoever. I’m just saying that it’s important to have a balanced business in terms of products sales and recruiting. And I’m also saying that selling your company’s products online, when done properly, can set up an even better lifestyle for yourself than building and maintaining relationships with a productive downline.
Think about it. Selling someone a product does not require near the maintenance or the commitment that sponsoring them does. When you sign someone up in your opportunity, you are almost making a promise to them to get involved in their financial and maybe even personal life, to stick with them throughout their career, and to be available to them around the clock. When you throw in the expected training, motivation and direct assistance you’re expected to give someone you personally sponsor, is it really worth it when you consider the unlimited income potential of selling products online?
For some it definitely is. For me, I’m not so sure anymore. I think from here on out I’ll sponsor someone if they really want to get into my company or learn from my marketing methods, but other than that, I’m a pure salesman. It’s less stressful, less time intensive and just as lucrative. The residual income potential still exists, and there’s nothing stopping me from sponsoring more people whom I’d like to help down the road. I now have the attitude of getting back to what direct selling was originally meant to be. Promote and sell your company’s products, establish a solid customer base, become profitable, and then develop a sales team that will duplicate your efforts.
