Amway is the first network marketing company. They are also currently the largest, most profitable MLM company in the world, and their growth has been outstanding in the past few years considering the global economic conditions.

I have never seen a network marketing company with as many positive attributes as Amway. Amway has been in business since 1959. They are a debt-free, profitable, private, established company with an “A” rating from the Better Business Bureau. Their MLM compensation plan has been rated number one in the entire industry.

They have years of research put into all of their products, particularly into their Nutrilite line of vitamins and supplements, which are the top selling dietary supplement products in the world today. I have honestly never heard anyone speak badly about Nutrilite products, and I’ve heard very few people complain about any Amway products for that matter.

All of those things make this a very credible and solid company, but although they’ve been around for 51 years and have experienced consistent and gradual financial growth, with more than 3 million distributors worldwide, there is still so much more potential for growth, especially in the U.S. Their international growth, even in the past couple years of economic hardship, has been outstanding and proven to be recession-proof. So there is a tremendous potential for explosive growth in North America in the near future as the company expands its advertising, sponsorships, and support of its distributors even more.

I believe Amway is set up for a tremendous increase in new customers and new distributors in the fall of 2010.

Amway’s product line is led by Nutrilite dietary supplements and Artistry beauty and skin care products, but they also have high-quality, top-selling products in their Legacy of Clean detergents and household cleaning products, as well as Glister toothpaste, Atmosphere air purifiers, eSpring water purifiers, iCook cookware and dozens of partner stores.

Nutrilite’s Double X multivitamin, which I consider to be the current flagship product of Amway, has received much positive press and testimonials over the years as to its effectiveness and ability to prevent illness and support overall well-being.
